こないだフと思った。
今までの私といえば、
「このままのワタシじゃダメだ。」とか
なんつぅか自己否定というか、何かしなくては！という考えが頭をよぎっては消え、、、で何をしたら良いか結局分からなくて
一歩踏み出せず、踏み出せない自分をまたダメだ・・と思う。
というのが、定期的にやってきて
そのたびに
「ダメだ。。今のままじゃ」と堂々巡りしていたけども
去年はそういうの、微塵っっっも思わなかった。
いやむしろ、「こんなに頑張ってる自分を誉めてあげたい！」と
絶賛し続けていた。
皮肉なことに
人間って苦労すると、充実感を得る動物なのだろうか。
・・私だけ？
今では、「ダメだ」と思う余裕があるということは
良い事なんだ・・とすら思える。
きっと頭が暇だったんだわ。。
もう分かったから、もうこんなに忙しいのはたくさんだから。
新年しょっぱなから、
車はぶつけるわ、息子また入院するわで嫌な予感はするけど
今年は去年より落ち着いて暮らしたい・・・
